1. Digital Product Policy

• All digital items are delivered via instant download after purchase.

• You are responsible for saving and backing up your files.

• All files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or modified for resale.

• Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
   

2. Physical Product Policy

• Physical items are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped using your selected method.

• Tracking information will be provided once the item is shipped.

• We are not liable for shipping delays once the item has left our facility.

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or store credit.
